Help me get off my anxiety or fear?

Hi,

I am single male and I visited a massage parlour last week in England.
The girl was 20, british, of unknown status. It was sure, she has served multiple customers before she turned to me.
I refused to have sex and ask her to give me lap-dance. I was fully dressed (underwear+jeans and t-shirt) during the whole period.

1- During lap-dance, I licked rather sucked (but gently) her nipples, which I shld not have been. I did not got any milk (I think she was single and not-pregnant by any menas). I sucked nipples for max 1min accumulated period in shorts of 15 sec for 3-4 times.

2- Some grinding, she was nude and I was fully dressed.

3- I touched her vagina, outer only.

My questions

1- Does sucking of nipples poses some risk of HIV? I believe that the nipples were all-right, i.e. no sore etc. And I sucked very gently

2- Do I need testing from this situation?

Thanks and give me answer to relief my worries pls!

cheer

Just *LAST QUESTION*

I am moving out of country and in my country there are little clinics for testing. My exposure is at 5 weeks now. Should I go for duo-test at this stage? and my research told me that they are highly accurate ...

Sorry, but I need some advice, before I move to my homeland. Because, I dont want my family to see me stressed!

THank you,
