What is the go, after oral sex

Back in May, got with a girl, made out, gave her oral, her vagina tasted like prawns, very odd, i licked her ***, she sucked my ****, no sex, 2 days after i felt sick, swollen throoat, chills, very cold although i was wearing 3 jumpers, fell asleep next day i was feeling bit better, the day after, i was feeling 100%, what is the go, didnt see a doctor aswell, about 2 weeks after, woke up in the night, my face was puffed and swollen and i had itchy feet, i think i got bitten by sumtin, maybe not, dunno, antihistamine made me feel better like 2 hours after. month after, had gay relations, we almost did it but i told him to pull it out as it hurt way to much and that was it i left,(Didnt properly do it), we used protection, never got sick from that, got with a guy 3 weeks after tried anal sex but told him to pull it out, hurt to much (still an *** virgin) although i let him *** on my chest and licked each others ***'s, still never got sick, and this very day i have not been sick, only since my face swelled up and those fever like conditions aswell back in may, i need to go for a bloods test soon, do i have anything to worry about???
