What should i do?

Hi Doc,
I'm a heterosexual male from Thailand (Sorry for my poor English)
On the night of August 1st i had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl who i later found out to be HIV+
We had sex 3 times that night (all vaginal). I had no open sores or anything during that time (just a completely healed sore close to the base of my penis, as a result from genital herpes outbreak)
The next morning she insisted that we both get tested
As you would expect, the result came out she was positive and i was negative.
i was put on Atripla by my doctor (30 pills).
I later found out that the girl knew all along that she was HIV+ and that the blood test was just her way of telling me.
so i took her for a viral load test at the hospital where she was treated and the result came out as followed

Historical results
21 Aug 2013 - VL 198 CD4 379
12 Apl 2014 - VL<20 undetectable CD4 420

Recent test (3 Days after my exposure)
5 Aug 2014 VL<20 undetectable

My question to you are
1. What is my risk of contracting hiv from this exposure?
2. Would the healed herpes sore increased my risk of contracting HIV?
3. Should i finish my course of PEP as i heard that it's very toxic and could lead to long term serious side effect (liver/kidney damage)?

Your answer would be very much appreciated.

If you have to put a number on it. What would u say my risk be?

When a viral load is very low means that it is more difficult to get HIV, would not say no risk as is the case with oral sex, but lower then normal.

And PEP will not guarantee you will not be infected but it does help.

USE CONDOMS.

Thanks for your prompt response. I'm just wondering when you say "Very low" is it comparable to receiving a blowjob from an HIV+ person?

1. What is my risk of contracting hiv from this exposure? Very low as her viral load is undetectable.
2. Would the healed herpes sore increased my risk of contracting HIV? No.
3. Should i finish my course of PEP as i heard that it's very toxic and could lead to long term serious side effect (liver/kidney damage)? This is a standard HAART drug and the side effects aren't too bad i heard. Should finished it to guarantee no infection.
