White burning tongue?

I was reading in the prevention forum about some people with recent possible exposure complaining and being concerned about a white burning tongue even after testing NEG. 3 months out.

Now has anyone ever experienced that with early infection?  Or could it just be anxiety causing dry mouth then causing burning and whiteness?

As you were told in your previous thread, you never had an exposure from PROTECTED sex and that person has moved on two years ago.
