Who means test?

I have one question for DUO test. Everywhere it says that the DUO test is a combination of 3rd generation ELISA + p24 antigen test. Me interested in this question. If the laboratory does DUO test - is possible, that laboratory used of 1st. or 2nd. generation ELISA test + p24 antigen, without 3rd generation ELISA? Or everytime must be used 3rd generation ELISA? Thank you to answer

If oral sex is all you egaged in then you never had a risk & you don't need to test anymore.

I understand it, but it bothers me that the first generation ELISA tests are not as sensitive as the third test generation. I am afraid if my test is reliable after 6 weeks and re-test after 8 1/2 weeks after oral sex :/

Look,it really doesn't matter about the generation because all those antibody tests are reliable & have been approved. The HIV DUO test is a fourth generation test & you can count on this test to be highly reliable in looking for antigen + antibodies or both.

They use 3rd gen and a DUO is a 4th generation test. It's highly accurate between 1 to 4 weeks post-exposure.
