Everything in life throws an exception but are so rare it's not worth the anxiety.
Testing trumps symptoms and if you are actually experiencing ars, you should or will vary quickly test positive.
Keep in mind a large percent, sorry to guess but I think as high as 20 percent, show no symptoms at all.
Testing is the only way to know, not symptoms and 3 months passed possible exposure a negative result is conclusive.
ARS generally occurs 2~4 weeks after exposure.
Some not until 6 wks.
Did you test for this unprotected sex?
