Exposure to Body Fluids

i would like to take this opportunity to thank you for this wondeful forum and for your help and support in advance. Recently i ve had exposure to body fluids through vaginal and anal hand insertions (fisting) with some minor cuts on my hands and fingers. i have couple of question and i kindly need your professional advice

is it possible for  HIV / STD's to get transmitted through your skin during hand insertion bearing in mind the presence of small cuts and damaged skin? if so whats the possibility ?

does the possibilty of torn tissues during the act increase the risk of being contamintated or is it irrelevant ?

do i need to get tested for HIV & STD's ?

looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest ,,, Many thanks

You were never at risk since you didn't have any genital penetration after your fisting follies.
