Worried about HIV infection through contaminated clippers
I took my son to get a haircut and the hairdresser nicked his forehead likley with unsterilized clippers. I am so scared they could've been contaminated with blood from previous customers. The hairdresser did not seem to sanitize clippers and I will never take him to get another haircut again. I would rather do it myself than worry like this! Please let me know what to expect. Should I worry? I know people say that the virus dies once it hits the air but I have read other reports that the virus can stay alive longer and the NAC reports infection through clippers from what I have read.
