Worried about Possible HIV Symptoms ( Depressed ) Please Help
I had Unprotected sex with a friend A on Feb 5th , It was super-bowl weekend and we both got extremely drunk . After then we both being having casual dates that ended up in sex .
On Feb 11 another friend B of mine visited me home we got a couple of drinks and we ended up having sex , I used a condom but I did perform oral sex on her and she performed oral sex on me , The day after I noticed some blood in my mouth I got really scared I asked her if she has being tested for STDs and she said yes .. She told me she was sorry that she hasn't being with anyone in a really long time and thats probably why.
On Feb 16 I noticed a white spot in my tonsil that it hurt a little when I ate I also noticed that it was hard to breath i felt like if something was in my chest. So i went to see my doctor , I never had anything like that happen to me before. Doctor perform a test for Strep Throat which was negative , she also took my blood for possible STD's , HIV ETC. I know it was way to soon but She did it anyways . She sent me amoxillin for the tonsil and I took most of the amoxicillin not complete dose. I was also doing mouth washes with Saltwater and Hydroperoxide . That lasted for about a week and a half. The Weekend after me and Friend A went out to eat and we both got really drunk of wine. We both got back to my house and we had protected sex but then i noticed the condom had fell off since we were crazy. 2 days later I woke up with a fever 100.5 , a small headache and my tonsil right tonsil was super inflamated and I had a sharp pain near my spleen I ended up going to the E.R , doctor took blood and gave me fluids and antibiotics and Tylenol to bring fever down. She said it was probably A strong FLU .
I was at home for about 10 days and ever since then I haven't feel the same , I feel weak , when I drive I seem to just concentrate in that and i don't pay attention to anything else . pretty much like if I was a camera that focuses in only one thing. I Decided to check online for symptoms and I notice that a lot of it had to do with HIV. I freaked out so I decided to talk to both of the partners I had sex with . I asked if they had being check , Girl A went to Plan Parenthood in March 27 and got tested she tested negative. Girl B also told me she was going to get tested at first she got mad but then she told me she had went and got a complete STD Test done. But Some how I don't really feel good neither I have the peace of mind I always had.
I was super worried depressed checking for every single symptom , I had a very stiff neck and my stomach vowel movement increased I ended up having some watery Stools ( Diarrhea) which got me more worried. I also had a little bit of irritation on the shaft of my my penis and 2 to 3 little red dots on the top (HEAD) that didn't hurt at all but it did itch a little.
I decided to go get tested again in April 5th , I read online that same day mouth swabs are accurate after 28 days of possible exposure and conclusive at 3 months. The person there was super friendly He spoked to me and he told me that is good that I realized and Im willing to change my ways . Im an Engineering Major also Im a good person I don't harm anyone and I would like to live a long live with my love ones. He told me Are you ready for your results and He told me I was negative.
On tuesday night I decided to put down my finger under my chin and I was able to feel my Lymph node Is small around 1 cm and I did the same with the groin lymph node and is firm about the size of 1.5 cm both of them are moveable the move from side to side , I was concern because I never noticed them before and I read online that if they are firm it means that your body might be loosing a battle against a virus possibly HIV . Ever since I being feeling my temperature and It constant at 98.5 I also look at my armpits constantly. I don't have any fever , neither I have night sweats , but I do feel like if my body is burning and Im not able to sleep well at nights.
So has anyone ever felt this way , Does anyone have any comments that might help me ? Does this sound like HIV Symptoms ? do all the symptoms come all at once ? or they progressively show like that..?
It has being over a moth since I was sick and I just feel like if it is getting worse...
Im planning in getting tested again In May and another one in June and 3 moths after that. Im going to do both the Mouth Swab and The blood work.

3 Months from last unproteced vaginal and/or anal sex is when a test is conclusive. Oral sex is not a risk.
If you had a Condom and You Used it right you have nothing to worry about.... In my case I didnt used a comdom with one of the girls...
Dude, I have the exact same story except same feeling except every muscle and joint in my body is in pain throughout the day, i can't even sleep on my hip anymore. i'm scared as hell i'm getting a two month test on friday. i also have this feeling on my head. i wore a condom though, i don't understand
