Worried about a question posted yesterday

I have read one of the yesterdays thread regarding 3rd and 4th Generation antibody test that failed in a cameroon patient as mentioned in that article for HIV group O. I had a minor encounter in India and got 4th generation test. Im little bit worried after reading that. Pls somebody conform the reliablity of the test. or anybody know the prevalance of HIV group O in India.

Thanks for your comment Teak, further
Is that means this odd case because of tested in AIDS patient who is later stage and some type of antibodies could not be detecte ?. Or becuase she had proper Treatment that caused some type antibodies goes to undetectable level that could not picked by these tests. I read some other news saying antibodies tests on AIDS patients some time fail because of above two reasons.
