Very very confused about the window period

Dear sir/madam,
First of all many thanks for the service , I had high risk exposure of
unprotected vaginal sex with HIV positive sex worker about 12 weeks
ago , i tested my HIV with CMIA test at 12 weeks , is this test
conclusive or should i test with ELISA , or i should test later at 6
months as many guidelines i.e: cdc talks about 6 months ??
i shall be very thankful for you reply.

Dr's do not post here and I don't consider myself an expert. I know knowledge on HIV transmission.

Did you read what I wrote? Yes it is conclusive. I can't speak for misinformation in other places.

many thanks , but i have seen alot of on internet saying 6 month is conclusive , one more thing is my CMIA at 3 months mark is conclusive??

3 month antibody test is conclusive
