Worried about girlfriend

hi. I have tested negative for hiv at week 15 (105days) it came back negative. My girlfriend has recently had a lump behind her ear and another under her ear lobe. And a larger bump under her armpit. I know I tested negative but does this have anything to do with hiv? Have I passed on the virus but still tested negative at week 15?

thank you for your reply, so 3 month testing at any hiv risk is conclusive no matter how low or high the risk?
