Worried brother , HIV in urine ?

I live In europe But my family lives In Brazil including my 8 years old brother last week my litlee brother was In The bathroom cabinets In The school bathroom when a Around 10 years old boy came And urinated on his back , actually In a coat that I have purchased for him But my father throught on The trash we dont know if he Did It by purpose or he entered The cabinet Very fast And didnt saw my brother
This is a public school In Brazil só many children from poor families who have no knowledge of Std or HIV .im afraid that The urine could have entered his anus ( Very unlikely because of The clothes )or contact a wound even if he was using a coat .

Now I have talked to my brother and the new information i got is that the 10 year old kid urinated on his stomach And he turned Around só It was mostly on his back he was using a coat But It is dificult To understand if he is saying that he was facing the toilet bawl and got urinated on his back , I don't understand why the other children would do that but I'm concerned if some urine went on his eye or mouth and that would contain minimal invisible amounts of blood that would be a risk ?

It doesn't matter if the boy urinated on your brother's front or back, and it doesn't matter if the boy was poor.  HIV is not transmitted via urine.  It is transmitted via insertive genital or anal sex, or by sharing IV needles with drug users who are HIV positive.

I was concerned with The possibility that some urine have entered his eyes or mouth, ( he says no ) I know that urine Doest transmit HIV ? I Think about The possibility of urine have blood mixed even if It is unoticiable , Thats my biggest concern ?
What is your opnion about This ?
Thanks
NO RISK.  No one gets HIV this way.  As Claire mentioned, you can only get HIV by having unprotected, penetrative sex, or by sharing IV drug needles.  Anything else you can think of is not a risk.
I agree with The moderator , But centatly are other ways Than The usual ones , I mean blood In The eyes is not a risk ? Im not saying that This happened To my brother I said about the possibility of some urine have entered The eyes And This urine cointain traces of blood ?

Thanks
