Worried if I can get HIV. Am I at risk?

Hi,
     I am a 24 year old male. 2 and a 1/2 years ago, I was in a relationship with a girl of my age and there were times when we were physically intimate with eachother. We never had any sexual intercourse. All that we did was deep french kissing and I also kissed and sucked her breasts.

Since last December 2013, I have been having some stomach problems, weakness, difficulty breathing due to which I went through a series of tests, including HIV which was negative. The only problem was that I had very low levels of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3. In these two months I have been going through a lot of health anxiety and depression because I constantly feel that I have acquired some disease. In this, I also constantly feel If I am at a risk of getting HIV because of the relationship I was in 2 and 1/2 years ago.
I have read mixed opinions on different websites about HIV risk factors due to kissing (which includes breasts).

I am not able to live a normal life due to this anxiety.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Thanks for the information. I guess I am thinking a bit too much about it.
