Worried with 13Weeks 5days results

I had exposure on August 3, i had unprotected oral sex with unknow status girl and she is not prostitued, but since than i had fear that i have got Hiv, i have some symtoms head ach everyday morning, at night my legs ach, and now since last 2 weeks i did my igE was high 49.25 and my full blood picture shows WBC 3.5 and now i have come up with bumps in my hand which appears and than after some time it disappears is almost 2 weeks now and my GP gave me prdicion, now my questions are as follow:
1) How conclusive is my Hiv Reults at 13Weeks and 5 days Negative?
2) What are this bumps of as at times i busts the purse like pimples comes out
3) if i am infected are this all symtoms of ARS than does it take this long to show?
Please help me i cant sleep nor i cant think any think else what i know is i am infected...... i did my HIv test every week after 6weeks till today.

Thanks alot for your response, Please i know i must be bothering you, God will give you the reward for you and all of the people doing there best to give moral support, Please i would like tyo know few more things, 1) Have you ever heard that someone is negative at 3months and seen to be positive after 6months? 2) if this waht i have uticaria than does the purse come out and does uticaria get the Hives only? 3) The medication i am having does this fight with Antibodies thats why it has been seen? Please help And once again Thank you very much

your test is RELIABLE and CONCLUSIVE...you do NOT have hiv.

see your doctor for your health concerns...it's not hiv related.
