Yet another questio pertaining to HIV

Good day!

I have a question pertaining to HIV that I want to ask.

Yesterday, I had experienced an episode of nausea and vomiting, mild fever, mild diarrhea (i had some stool but it was very little), and a small lump on my right armpit. All of this happened in a span of 12 hourse, and today I am only experiencing fatigue, the small armpit lump and depression. I am wondering if these are symptoms that I have HIV?

The thing is, these are also similar symptoms...like all of them also point to gastroenteritis. I had eaten in a relative's buffet the night before and the symptoms came the morning after that happened. I remember I ate a lot cause I was really hungry, probably more than my family ate. The thing is only I was the one who experienced this and none of my other family members had it.

Also to follow...months ago I had an encouter with a guy whom I had unprotected anal sex with. My anus was bleeding right after, yet I was certain that HE DID NOT EJACULATE at all...since it was painful for me and I asked him to stop. Yet the catch is, he had this metal ball attached inside his penis and he stated that it was just attached recently, maybe a couple of months or less, and it was perfectly healed...no sign of wounds, open or healing, whatsoever. Again, I'd like to say it, he did not ejaculate. I was wondering, maybe he could have had a wound during the intercourse and may have transferred his infection to me through that. I did not know his HIV status, and I wasn't aware if there was any pre-ejaculate involved. I would really want to know, and I apologize if a question similar to this has been asked already.

Thank you very much in advance. I hope i would hear from you as soon as time permits it. If you could at least give me some insight it would really help me a lot and at least lighten the guilt I am feeling right now.

Again, thank you in advance.

Unprotected sex is a risk for HIV transmission, but your obsession over your symptoms is pointless.  You should just get tested, and start using condoms always.
