a simple question about a cervical lymph

I went to the doc. on the 3rd of September about a swollen lymph.  It is near the center of my neck closer to the vain on the back. It does not hurt. A nurse practitioner gave me Azithromycin 250mg pak generic for zithromax 250 z-pak.  My neck did feel funny and got stiffer from taking it.  I took it for 5 days  which ended on the 7th. But my lymph is still swollen. So I took an hiv test on the 13th which is 11 days from when I felt the swollen lymph.  (the test was clearview hiv1/2 complete. It was a finger prick. It also came back negative.  I was wondering was wondering could my lymph node be swollen still if it was an hiv infection after 11 days and it has been ruffly 59 days since the exposer. I know test are conclusive at 3 months but I really would like to rule out my lymph node.  The lymph is on the right side and you have to feel for it.  It is about the size of a dime.

I had vaginal and oral. The girl tested negative for hiv 42 days after (I think she took a blood test I am not sure which one. It just has on it non reactive reference range nre)
