accuracy chemiluminiscence method 7 weeks after exposure

im a heterosexual male in buenos aires, argentina, who 3 weeks after having anal and vaginal sex with sexual worker using condom -but worried if the latex got torn after repeated penetrations- starting feeling ars symptoms including cold sweats after exercise, lack of appetite, low grade fever during day which apparentl spiked at night cos i had night sweats for weeks on end ( i say low grade cos i still put in my daily working shift and I had no hot flashes rather was very sensitive to drafts) and some discomfort under armpits as if I had enlarged lymph nodes. My question is if the negative result I got seven weeks after exposure can be trusted. The hospital used a method called chemiluminiscence which my clinical doctor says is conclusive but I feel uneasy cos symptoms don t seem to go away, especially at night. Anybody know if chemiluminiscence fits into the masachussetts category of tests which are conclusive after six weeks post exposure?

Chemiluminiscence tests are comparable to standard ELISA which per the CDC, NEGATIVES would be CONCLUSIVE at 3 months. If the condom failed, it would have been very obvious, you wouldn't be guessing. You didn't have a risk as your condom was intact.
