acuraccy of my test to teak, lizzy and nurse girl anybody....

I have a unprotected sex with CSW last Dec 12, 2009.. and i have been battling with anxiety since this incident. I have experience symptoms of ARS except rash and fever. In the 3 month period I have experiences severe fatigue and muscle aches, my palms and soles is very hot, itchy body, pain in my penile area and geographical tongue. I hve taken many antibiotics like azithromyzin, bactrim, doxicyclin, metronidazole and plenty of vitamins everyday plus anti depressant medicines. I have been HIV tested for 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 9 weeks and my last 13 weeks + 3 days.

my questions
1. does the medicines (antibiotics, vits, anti depressant) i take could affect the accuracy of my 3 month test?
2. my urologist and ID drs. told me that i dont have STD, but im wondering why my penis still hurts, the pain is on and off.
3. I have been sleeping well since my 3 month test came out negative and not been depressed but why this pain in my penis, fatigue, neck pain, hotness of my sole and feet wouldnt go away.
4. Can i now move on with my life with my 3 month negative rapid test?
5. Is geographical tongue related with hiv? or could the many antibiotics i take or stress and anxiety caused this?
6. I have recently go back to the hospital and told me to go back in 3 months for a 6 month conclusive, I thought 3 months was conclusive? They use 3rd gen rapid test, I dont know whats the brand but its distributed by unicef.
7. Im living in the Philippines and our health department here suggest to take the test 3-6 months? Is 3 months universal conclusive? what are those rare cases that could take up to 6 months?
8. Im just scared that meds that i take could give false results. My ID doctor told me that  I have been overdose with antibiotics.. Could it really affect my hiv tests?

Hope you can help me and answer all my questions. Im so worried until now.. Thanks in advance..
