Hiv Risk

Hello doc,

I am male. I have very strange situation. I have been sexually engaged with csw more than 20. Never had unprotected sex. It was all protected vaginal sex 3 - 4 times. Rest of the time I always wore condom but didn't had intercourse. It was only breast sucking. Closed lips kiss couple of times. I always made sure I do not contact any body fluid with csw.

This was past 2 years back. But now I am feeling sick. Got dieria few days back , flu , even Gas problem. It got usg which shows tenderness in epigastric. I am worried.

1. Am I at risk
2. Is testing required in my scenario
3. Are my symptoms hiv related.
4. Does condom if not broken kept me safe from hiv
5. Is breast sucking and kissing on lips and neck a risk if I had sores in my mouth.

Please help me

You can't get HIV since you used a condom and kissing isn't a risk for HIV. Time to move on from HIV fears and accept that you likely have a flu.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
No one got HIV from touching or oral activities in 40 years of HIV history, so likely no one will in the next 40 years of your life either.
