am i infected

DR., I take this forum to post my anxiety and apprehention. I am 42 yrs old, on the new years eve i was with a lady, took her to the house and felt her nipples in my tongue( may be sucked them for few seconds), then she put her mouth on mine( but my mouth was not open) may be for few seconds. I undressed her and took her to the bed and made her lay  on me. I was wearing my normal cotton underware. She rubbed her vagina against my penis(the underware was always there) for some time & I also went top of her with my underware & rubbed on  her vagina. Later I find vaginal fluid marks on the underware. I put my finger inside the vagina and take it out and wipe my finger in a cloth.

I am really scared and please help me.Later this lady told me that she is mother of a four year old daughter , and both of them are healthy.

thankyou Dr.
