anxiety over possible transmission

I want to start by saying you are providing a wonderfull and informative service here. Perhaps you can help me.
I'm 31 Herero male who has had close to 10 or 11 unprotected moments of oral sex mostley with private sexworkers and strippers. Only a few resulted in ejac but what worries me is that there may have been some penis irritation before two of the episodes due to vigorous masturbation. No blood or cuts visiable just very sensitive around the area of circumcision below the head. Am I at high risk? Please help my anxiety as I have one confirmed swollen lymph node by my doctor who perscribed avelox. I am also experiencing pins and needled and a burnin feeling in my right leg as well as a stiff neck. Any help you could provide would he appreciated. Thx
