I posted yesterday, but with everything I posted..and its been three weeks groin pain was so bad today and now developed rash on chest..mostly blochy with a lot of tiny skin color tiny bumps....left front shoulder is very tender....neck is stiff and it been three weeks since deep frenching...anyone

I know you probably didn't want to answer my last post, but I have had a cold since the main symptoms went away. Would a cold last 2 months if I were positive, or would it not effect my immune system yet???

How are you? I have a couple more questions. I have been back in the states for over a month now and for the most part have been feeling OK. I'm tired alot still and since 15 Sep about the time most of the systems disappeared, I have been sneezing alot everyday and have had drainage and sinus issues with a cough. If I would have got HIV form the exposure you said was zero risk,could HIV bring down your immune system this quick. I have never sneezed like this in my life. I afraid to take oral-quick, but jut curious if I did have it would have a cold for 8 weeks be correct for just contracting hiv.

I have shoulder pain at the minute too, I also have a spot on a gland but I am not worried about HIV.

You need to understand that you cannot get HIV this way - you simply cannot...

I promise you that you did not catch HIV from what you described, - give yourself a break and move on - you are fine! :)

ok, thanks if i end up having it I will be the first to post and remember i tested jun 19th and never had any other expose-er prior, so i know that test was good. if I did get it, it was from that guarantee. if you say no risk, how do i get rid of these symptoms, my groin is swollen on both side, i know that for a facy t
thats not in my head, they hurt and are painful till the touch. the only thingi dont think i had was a fever. I was taking advill for the pain, but never saw a fever,. does hiv always come with fever?

thanks for your comfort, im still very scared from cdc, they say they dont recommend it. I dont even know if she had it, but all the symptoms say yes. I even saw journal on shoulder soreness, where mine hurts.

what was your symptoms? mine have been for three weeks, the only new one is the swollen node in front of shoulder. I didn't think of stress because i wasn't worried about french kissing, then I started getting all these symptom and hiv is the only locical answer. The body.com says there is a risk, small, but a risk and im wondering if i am one of the few. I think its hard to tell if you can get it from deep french kissing, because most people probably do more, but that was it for me. What does the rash look like? google does it no justice. I'm very nervous and have been very upset. Thanks for your help on here

I can relate buddy...

When I was worried, I had even more symptoms and guess what, I an negative also! :)

HIV is not a concern over the above exposure - no way never ever :)

Understand...but rash on my groin/chest swollen lymph nodes in my groin and now my shoulder. I looked at locations of lymph nodes and the spot on my shoulder in the front is right where it is...just doesnt make since neck is not as stiff as when it started. If I got it from french kissing it would be rare I know, but I did have hiv test middle of jun14 and had no prior exposore. Went to doctors last week for rash on both sides of groin, he said could be heat rash but it doesnt itch. Lymph nodes where just starting to get sore so didnt mention....just very scared and upset

You need to stop thinking this way buddy - you cannot get HIV from kissing .

Your symptoms mean nothing, absolutely nothing.

You would never catch HIV from kissing!!!!

Now relax a bit :)
