autoimmune disease and hiv window period

Hello everybody

I am sorry , I am bothering u guys once again
just wanted a clarification, Its been said that 6 month testing is recommended for those who r 'immunosuppressed' but somewhere it is written that for people with 'autoimmune diseases'
Is there a difference between the two
coz even i have some autoimmune disease like urticaria(hives) for more than a year or so  and even had anti histamine medicines , and I also have IBS...
one more thing , does these anti histamine medicines or these auto immune diseases will affect my the test results ....
plz do reply.................I really got worried after reading all this
