can someone caught hiv during elisa finger ***** rapid card test ?

today i have tested by a finger prick elisa rapid card test from 6 months and 15 days later from my risk behavior. My result is NR . i know it is a very good news for me.
i have a great information about hiv from this site.
But today i have one last question for experts of hiv knowledge.
My question is - during testing  he prick my finger and put straight down to the blood hole( from where blood enter into the card) on card , not droping blood drop on the hole.
I listen that elisa card for hiv , have hiv virus inside the card for react to the blood for giving result.
Q- i want to know , is blood enterence hole have hiv virus ?
Can i got infected this way ?
