can someone clear my doubts

I was exposed on march 21 last year in thailand,so i counted the weeks and got tested on july 12,so thats more than 3months,rapid ict, result is negative. Another one is pre employment medical 2nd week of august, negative hiv result (not sure what kind of test they did). Third is last week of august i remember reading western blot test and elisa. ALL TEST ARE HIV NEGATIVE. should i be worried? Enlighten me thank u. I only made love to my wife When i received my first negative result, . Now fast forward january, shes getting sick, flu, fever. My wife is aware, and i told her to get herself tested coz i told her i am hiv negative with 3 test to prove it. But then again maybe i am wrong or those test wer just false negative.
