cant keep off the mind

hello

i got tested in a hospital. the result was 1.03. the doc said people sometimes come up with above 1, cos' the machine is very sensitive and that means nothing and he said he tested again and it came negative. then i went to another hospital and got tested and told about the situation to the doc. he said that what the other doc said was right. he tested and it came negative. he told me to believe and count on the negative result and he said if it's negative, its definite and conclusive (all happened after 1 year the possible exposure)
what do you think guys? please comment

If anyone tests positive a confirmative test is ran and if it negative your negative. Listen to your doctor.

Why wouldn't you? You a lab tech or a doctor? Of course you believe the test result on a confirmative test.
