DEAR EXPERTS.I WANT YOUR HELP!!!

I live in India had two exposures with sex workers back in 1st and 3rd week of October.Both of them were unprotected for which i repent.Since the last exposure after 1 week i experienced sore throat,i lost around 5 Kgs suddenly ,some red spots came on my face,left leg and arm ,they remained for 4-5 days and they were gone after i took some allergy medicines but the spots are still there.

I had severe neck and left shoulder pain along with dizziness which is still there after almost 13.5 weeks.I was very very teriffied and got myself tested on 31st Ocober by ELISA test which came back negative.Then i took 3 ECLIA tests at exactly 8th,11th and 12th week which came back negative.Lastly i took tridot test at 13th week post exposure which again came back negative.

I wanted to ask do further testing is required?I am totally terrified as i have been intimated with my wife and i have seen some red small bumps on her chest.Also she also lost some weight suddenly without any reasons.I am very very nervous.

I have repeatedly tested negative uptill 13 weeks(90 days) all negative.Have heard about window period or some thing.That makes me more worried.More so the symptoms of my wife.Please answer me what is your opinion?Do i need further testing.I have read in forum that ECLIA test are good enough to detect any thing.The last ECLIA test was at 12th week(84 days) and after that i even took tridot test as well at 90 days.Please do answer!!!

Are the ECLIA and TRIDOT test reliable and 12th and 13th week respectively.What is making persiistant dizziness and neck pain?

Thanks for the reply.I have gone this neck pain and shoulder pain for last three months with dizziness does these symptoms related to seroconversions something( i have learned through threads only).Whats the process of ECLIA tests.Not much details given in google about them.Are they good enough at 12th week?Then what are red dots on my wife i have seen?Are these can be mere anxiety driven or coincidence?Kindly answer!!!

I have also learned many  people who asks questions  related to HIV fears experience these pain especially neck and shoulder!!!
