Condom slippage after a few thrusts with a prostitute...what to do ...scared

Yesterday I had sex with a prostitute. She put a condom on me, I penetrated her , made just a few thrusts (all thing lasted maybe 10 sec), I did not cum, withdrew penis and noticed that there was no condom. The girl then pulled it out of her vagina. I am not sure when did it come of.
What should I do. I am travelling right now, but will be in the States day after tomorrow. Should I request PEP (I believe, I still will withing 72 hr window).
What are my chance of HIV ?

Most on here would tell you that what you experienced was a very low risk exposure.  If you go to a facility for the PEP, they'll likely tell you that it's not necessary in your situation.  I've read that HIV among CSW is quite low, around 1%, and even lower in those that don't have drug problems and share needles.  Stats say that only 1 in 2000 or so sex acts with a positive person results in contraction of the virus.  Add to the fact that your exposure was so brief and your odds are quite good.  I myself and waiting for the 4 week mark for a conclusive test, but I've learned a lot by searching this site.  Try and relax. I worried myself sick, literally, by stressing over my exposure.  The truth is that HIV is more difficult to contract than most think.  One shouldn't have unprotected sex, especially with a CSW, but there are well documented situations where a spouse has HIV for years without knowing and their partner remained uninfected.  I would take a mulitpanel test at 4 weeks to be sure, but your chances look very good.

Likely she always uses a condom so wouldn't have hiv anyway. Also, why would she pay money for condoms if positive? I wouldn't worry while waiting to test, but would test with a duo after 28 days or any test after 3 months just so when you meet someone else you can say you are proven negative - then say how about you?
I have a permanent partner, who I love, should I notify her ?
You shouldn't have unprotected with anyone when there is a risk that you have HIV. Maybe make up some story that your doc suspects cancer and it can be spread, so you have to wait 4 weeks for a biopsy and in the meantime have to use a condom. Oral is not a risk for HIV, so that is another option. I would not advise her unless she insists on unprotected vaginal in which case you have to insist not to do that.
