need help

i have been diagnose with clamida... after 4month of exposure i done elisa blood test... for hiv1 and hiv2... btoh come non reactive.... but now after 8month i have a pea size node at right of my neck... is it swollen? i am very scared to get test again and i am full of anxiety right now because some site say need to retest at 6th month... and one year... how conclusive my elisa? when did swollen nodes occur if someone have HIV? i need to relief my mind... please some one...

is it Teak? how swollen nodes in HIV teak? i am scared if my elisa is not reliable... please

and also can in rely on that only one elisa result? i read some at site they test so many times and come positive later...
