condom in semi erect penis..can it increase chance of infection

now i am totally reassured by fingering is not a risk..but another thing bothers me is..
does condom on semi rerct penis increases the risk of hiv?? if it doesn't slip or break during sex..i.e after ejaculation also is intact on penis..
and is it possible if the condom once slips partially..like it goes little bit towards glans penis  and during the process again come towards base and look like  be fully covered after ejaculation??..
i think once the vaginal fluid sticks in base uncovered part of penis..and during sex moves towards the glans or uretha..inside the condom.. could i be infected this way....
please teak,lizzie,joggen,medstudent.... do u guys have got any idea...i am again so worried.. i would have get tested but recently cannot .. i'll surely get tested after another month.. please help.. i wouldnt have think of this but am thinking due to my constant ..finger joint pain after muscle pain for one month..its been more than 1.5 mth..

the head of your penis was covered, therefore you were never at risk.

ya the head was covered..but i couldn't stop thinking that.. the vaginal fluid might have been exposed in my upper part and .. been gone down towards the head of my penis..inside the condom..

If the condom stayed on you were not at risk.

Vaginal secretions do not slip into condoms.

Is it possible- perhaps theoretically. But that doesn't mean it happens at any measurable frequency.

Think of all the acts of condom-protected sex with semi-erect penises, and no documented transmissions reported- I doubt you will be the first.

" if i test here and find positive i.ll be kicked out.. then only one thing will be remained..succide!!!! "

That is just ridiculous.  FIRST of all...not that you have HIV, because you do not...but HIV is not a death sentence, and to infer that you would take your own life because of a medical diagnosis is absurd, and insulting to the many people who live every day with HIV.

You do NOT have HIV...you had protected sex.

"isnt it possible.. to get vaginal fluid in skin and then same fluid along with virus move towards glans penis coz the condom was not totally tight bcoz of not fully erect.. "

NO, it isn't possible at all.  HIV infection occurs INSIDE the body during unprotected vaginal or anal sex.
