confuse about having HIV/AIDS

last october(thats already a month ago)...i had an incident wherein a gay friend try to do an oral sex to me,he already put my penis inside his mouth for about 30secs before i stopped him...that is the only time i had a sex(if u can call it that way) with a stranger(im faithfull to my wife althroughout)thats why now im very nervous of having an STD,HIV/AIDS....i know nothing about his sexual history..im not sure if i dont have a wound in my penis during that time(sometimes the skin on the shaft of my organ become irritated and scarred when i use soap to masterbate).
my question iswhat is the risk of me getting an HIV/AIDS in that incident?
thanks...
