Please answer my questions

Below is possible exposure and their risk level:

(1) BlowJob with condom - NO RISK
(2) BlowJob without condom - LOW RISK
(3) HandJob with Condom - NO RISK
(4) HandJob without Condom - NO RISK
(5) Kissing - NO RISK
(6) Protected Vaginal sex (latex condom) - NO RISK
(7) Unprotected Vaginal sex - RISK
(8) Protected Anal sex (latex condom) - NO RISK
(9) Unprotected Anal sex - RISK
(10) Going down on Woman - LOW RISK ?
(11) Going down on Man - LOW RISK unless he ejaculates.

Also, small amount of HIV virus is not sufficient enough but it needs to be large quantity.

This is my understanding about safe sex. Please guide me if I miss anything.
