Please read and help me

I have two daughters one is 2 and a half years old and one is 1 year old, this Christmas my cousin came to see them and she gave my one year old pre chewed food, and my 2 and a half ate from her spoon and she continued to eat with the same spoon and also drank water from her bottle , and I just found out she is hiv positive, this happened only once, am freaking out and scared for my daughters, please help me. I know it doesn't happen in adults but what about children,

No risk even if they had food which had her saliva in it. Need not worry.
