cut on finger / bad situation.

I met a women yesterday at a business seminar. We went out with a group of friends and she need a place to stay so I took her to my hotel room. We started talking and I ended up giving her a massage. Things got heated and she wanted to have sex. I told her NO because I had no condoms. So we just rubbed each other over our clothes. I did NOT rubb her vagina. She messaged my penis over my clothers. She wanted to give me oral sex without condom and I said no.

The problem is that I had a cut on my finger. It was about a 1 CM long. Not bleeding, but you could see that a scab was NOT there. Through out earlier in the day I washed my hands every time I went to the restroom. i used hot water with soap and I think that "reopened" the wound.

While I was moving in bed I noticed that a small section of the bed was moist. It was vaginal fluid. I tough it with the finger that had the cut. I RUBBED my fingers together to feel the texture of liquiddd and I accidently kept rubbing over my cut. I could feel that my would was not healed by the feeling when I rubbed it. I asked her if she was wet and she said a little. She touched her vaginal and then proceeded to touch my hand with cut and rub her hand on my chest and over my sweat pants to rub my penis. there was no sex. She did kiss my neck a little and spalttered saliva on face (and possibly eye) when she spoke one time.

But I am worried about vaginal fluids. I went to wash my hands several minutes afterwards and felt the sting of hot water and soap. what is risk.

HIV transmission only occurs INSIDE the body, as in a PENIS inside a vagina or anus. That is why sexual transmission of HIV only occurs through unprotected vaginal or anal, penetrative sexual intercourse. It doesn't matter how fresh the secretions were; HIV requires the physiological conditions INSIDE the body to infect. Nobody has ever been infected in the manner that you describe. This is a non-issue as far as HIV is concerned. IF you have a regular partner work on your guilt, but forget about HIV.

I forgot to mention that the section of the bed that was moist was fresh. She was sitting in that section and after she moved I immediately place my hand in that section of the bed. So they were fresh secretions.

Also before that I had gone to bathroom to use the restroom and I washed my hands so I reopened my cut with hot water and soap. You know when it gets tender. So you can say my cut was fresh, but I did not see any blood on hand. The cut was 1 cm long.

did you even read what i said?

hiv is not transmitted outside it's host, the body.  once exposed to air it becomes INACTIVE and UNABLE to infect.

last one, She had a tampon on. But I did not see visible blood in the moist area that I touched with my fingers and rubbed my cut. Could I get blood that is not visible to eye to cut and infect.

please answer.

any vaginal fluid on the bed would not be infectious.  hiv is not transmitted outside it's host, the body.  once exposed to air it becomes INACTIVE and UNABLE to infect.

saliva is not infectious.

NOTHING that you have described put you at risk for contracting hiv.

Please note that I cut my finger about a day or two before while putting folders together. i think one had a metal edge and I cut my self. It bled very little. On day of incident since I kept washing myself with hot water the wound "reopened."

in the morning after she left (about 5 hours after incident) I masterbuted with my hand over my sweats. But she had touched me to feel my penis over my sweat with her hand (after she touched herself). I beeng wonder if I could something that way as swell if vaginal fluid in hand were rubbed through sweat. but my main concern is the cut.
