cut while having oral sex

Hi i received oral sex from a sex worker who i later found out to be hiv positive and during my encounter i noticed that my penis had blood on it. my wound must have been open during the oral sex and bled. so i then decided to have an hiv test 12 weeks after the incident which then came back negative so i was wondering whether i should go for another one at 6 months(which it said on CDC website).
