dermatographia an HIV symptom?

I had a "low risk" possible exposure 6+ months ago (mutual mast., protected oral) with female of unknown status - no genital-genital contact.  Tested neg at 45 day, standard antibody test (presumably) given at a US hospital lab.  Am now suffering from dermatographia - allergy skin tests are reactive, however I experience no hay fever which seems odd.  Only itchy skin, no rash, with dermatographia.  Cetirizine stops the itch but it returns when I am off the drug.  I am aware that I am at a low risk but please tell me whether this symptom is a possible complication of HIV infection.  Thanks.

Thanks - I am sure that my risk of HIV is miniscule but I find it quite troubling that this pruritus/dermatographia has ensued following that encounter - it is quite a coincidence and doesn't this symptom suggest an immune system issue as could be caused by HIV?
