dna/pcr

sry to teak n some others who do not want to discuss this but i still need to ask once thank.
What is dna /pcr test?
Can it be taken at the 10 days after exposure?
Is it accurate?is there any false neg ?
Y some country pratise dna/pcr test but in state?
Has any one have neg result for the 1stmonth n postive in the 3rd?

thank teak moving on is so hard for mi even though with all the help. I really wan to move on but i seem to get more sign on the third week really lost.  it seem like the world is coming to end.

No your country does not only do dna testing. PCR-DNA tests are no approved for diagnostic use in HIV testing.

but my country onli do dna. I m damm scared now. Iread from ur post that hiv rash is nt itchy. R u sure ? I would like to know more abt the early sign of hiv. A check atthe 1st month is it a gd marker? Has u come across any one got negon the 1st n postive on the third thanks plz help mi? I m really lost ikeep seeing sign of hiv. Last question night sweat mean  ur clothes n blanket will b all b wet

If you want an early test you need to get a RNA PCR test, not DNA PCR test.  This is not conclusive but is a good indication and then you can re test again at 6 weeks and then again at 13 weeks for a totally conclusive result.

PCR test is not approved as a diagnostic test; you need an HIV antibody test at 3 months for a conclusive result.  

They are supplemental tests used in conjunction with an antibody test.
