do i have hiv??

i had unprotected vaginal sex with a gal and 5 and half weeks after that i started noticing some symptoms. i was itching all over and i felt i needed to de-worm. after that i had pain in my left gum, left eye and the left side of my neck started to really hurt. i started panicking. i do not know about swollen lymph nodes but i felt that some in my left neck left armpit and left groin are swollen.in the sixth week i had an hiv anti body test which turned out negative.i was relieved only to hear that i needed about 3 months to confirm. i started feeling the need to urinate frequently by the seventh week and the urge was just too much. there was always some urine in me. i do not know if i have some bumps on my penis but there is something there. i feel no pain when i touch them and they do not itch. but there is this point on the left side of my penis which is sore inside. i was given cipro and when i take it my whole penis goes crazy with numbness and tingling sensations. that went on for about two days after which they stopped.now cipro does not affect my organ again. by the eighth week i was getting assured only to have unprotected sex with my gal who has developed a flu like and muscle pains kind of disease in exactly 2 weeks. now i am going crazy. i was scared once but i am now more than scared. would not like to give my gal any disease. is it possible we all have hiv? and does it lead to frequent urination and pain in the neck. my neck pain's still there and i feel drowsy all the time. pleas i need help.

Do not pay attention towards your sysmptoms. They are mostly misleading and do not mean much in reference to HIV. Your test is the only way of knowing your status.

You were at the risk. Unprotected vaginal or anal sex are the key sexual transmittion routes. Your 6 weeks test is reassuring because it changes very rarely after this period, however it is not conclusive and to be 100% sure about your status, you have to go for a follow up test after another 6 weeks.
