hiv from mensuration blood fresh and fresh abrasion having sperm on tip of penis

i go to a prostitutes she gives me condom and i used it properly.she was mensuarating heaviliy.
during sex i have a fresh abrasion cut inside inner portion of foreskin releasing some blood.
i weared condom that time
during intercourse her period blood outside condom touched on my tshirt bottom and spread there.
after ejacuation i removed condom and throw that .then i wear my underwear having tshirt inside.
my questions is am i infected if that blood which was on tshirt touch my penis tip having my semen residue and abrasion on mucous membrane inside underwear

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had ZERO RISK for HIV.   Protected sex is not a risk for HIV.  Blood, once outside of the body, is no longer infectious, so the menstrual blood on your tshirt is no risk at all.

You do not need a test since you didn't have a risk.

i read that  blood in wet form hiv virus can survive for some minutes if in that minutes my abrasion wuth blood mix with her blood on tshirt...

You've been informed of the ONLY two ways that an adult can be infected. Neither of those 2 things are what happened to you. There's nothing more that can be said about your NO risk scenario.
