help. fearing hiv.

Dear Dr
Regards to you.
Please Help me.
I am freaking out.
I Had sex with a high class escort. During the intercourse the condom broke in between I noticed it and replaced it within 1-2 seconds.
After the act i asked her if she was clean.
The girl confirmed to me that she was healthy.
After 32 days noticed 3 tiny red spots on head of my penis. Same day I  Got tested for HIV 1/2 & P-24(CMIA) combo test (after 32 days of exposure) which came negative.
Showed the spots to a skin specialist and took ointment and medicines.
Made a mistake of applying moisturiser availaible in the hotel as had  forgotton the medicines at home. I Had a burning sensation but could not do anything as was out of hotel by that time. I washed up after racing back and noticed redness and spots all over the head of penis and foreskin.
Had a rapid test at 58 days which also came negative.
Again had a HIV 1/2 & P-24(CMIA) combo test after 66 days which also came negative.
I have been too worried and tensed for so many days now.
Do I need to go for further testing.
Was worried as I found myself weighing 3-4 kg lesser which probably could be because of tense days I had.
Also got blood sugar test which gave results as 68-80.
I am actually being killed with tension.
One dr confirmed to me that combo tests at 32 & 66 days are conclusive.
Kindly help.
Shall be greatful to you.
Regards.

Thank you very much for cheering reply.
So the weight loss and rashes are due to something else.

Thanks
