exposed to vaginal bleeding

Hello,
I am seeking your advice on a serious problem.
About two months ago I engaged in protected vaginal sex  and fingering with a sexworker. During the penetration she began to bleed but I did not realize until after more than 10 minutes passed. Blood was all over my genital area (base of my penis, scrotum). The condom was intact and it was rolled down almost to the base of the penis. But the penetration was rough.
The blood was on my hands for several minutes. I checked my hands...there were no scratches. But I am worried because I had a close trim of my genital area earlier that day.
Could her blood get into my system?
I tested after 6 weeks and the test came back negative. After that I engaged in sex with my wife.
Is there a chance i was wrong and got HIV?
Should I retest?
I am really worried.

No you do not need testing. As long as the head of your penis was covered the entire time as it was, the blood is no risk getting on your close shaved area or your finger
