HI DOCTORS I HAD PROTECTED SEX WITH A SEX WORKER ONLY ONCE,SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD FULL STD TEST INCLUDING HIV ELEVEN DAYS AFTER CONTACT ,DNA PCR 15 DAYS,DUO 27DAYS ,ANOTHER DUO 35 DAYS ALL NEGATIVE ONLY CONCERN IS NOW I HAVE HAD A RASH ON MY NECK TWICE SINCE LAST TEST AND ALOT OF SORE HEADS JUST BEFORE THE RASH SHOWED ON NECK AND ALSO ANOTHER WORRY WAS WHEN THE WORKER REMOVED THE PROTECTION SHE USED A NAPKIN THE SAME NAPKIN SHE CLEANED ME WITH AFTER REMOVING THE PROTECTION SO THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN SOME OF HER FLUIDS CAME INTO CONTACT WITH ME CAN I TAKE MY RESULTS AS CONCLUSIVE OR RECOMMED MORE TEST AS SEEM TO BE GETTING SYMTOMS NOW THANKS

thankyou for your reply I have been worried sick so just to confirm I do not need to be retested for HIV and as far as STI are concerned I should not need to be tested for them again either, it was only the one time with a condom as I said and no kissing took place.thanks

You never had an exposure and never needed testing.

even if there was a risk of exposure from her fluids do you think the tests would be conclusive
