fear i'm infected

two weeks ago i had a sexual encounter with a female.  she rubbed my penis with a lubricant and then we humped without penetration.  i still was not wearing a condom. i'm not circumsized so when she rubbed my penis the foreskin ripped a little bit, just a tiny tear.  i'm not sure if her fluids came in contact with the head of my penis, but if it did what are my chances of myself becoming infected if she were infected with hiv?  afterwards i put on a condom and had vaginal intercourse.   a week after the encounter i had a sore throat for a day, and a week after that (two weeks after the encounter) i felt like the my neck lymph nodes swell, but can't have not had a doctor confirm it.  i'm very worried.  if i am infected i plan on killing myself.   she's told me that she has been tested 4 weeks after her last having sex and tested negative for hiv. please help.

The probability that you were infected with HIV from this exposure is zero, for all practical purposes.  You had protected vaginal intercourse, assuming the condom didn't break (HIV cannot be transmitted through an intact condom).  Also, I think during sex, you are always going to be exposed to the other person's secretions in some way or another, but the exposure you describe is low risk.  I would not even recommend getting tested.
Best wishes,
Em

She has a negative test and you never were really at risk. You used a condom for penetration. Any risk from the possible vaginal fluid on your tiny tear would be extremely low, and I mean extremely, you would have more of a chance getting hit by lightning 5 times.
