i have this habit of checking my temperature very often to see if I have fever as a symptom of HIV. After a bit of cardio, my temperature rose to 37.9 C.I panicked!!! After a couple of minutes it went down to 37 and and up to 37.4. My temperature average is about 37.2.


I am so scared!! Am i at risk???

As long as the head of your penis was covered, you had no risk.

i also suffered a bad case of hypochondriasis about a year ago related to HIV

i had sex for the first time about 3 weeks ago and i was so nervous about HIV and that i think the condom probably slipped so i probably touched her fluids. Apparently she's negative but I've always been scared of HIV. I've been checking my oral temperature  since 3 weeks ago very often. I checked it probably 6 times a day.
