few questions

Hi okay so a few months ago i had gonnorea which i recieved from sleeping with another male. I was primarly the top we had sex for in total around 40 minutes and mostly i was the top. I also recieved oral sex from him twice This was all unprotected silly ino. At the current time i have two bumps which i notice one in my groin and one in my neck. You cant see theese but can feel them under the skin. They hurt at first but now i dont feel them atall. Also dont no if this is a sign but i am itchy almost all over my body. I remember the doctor saying the gonnorhea was found in my uruhea or penis dont no how to spell it im just wondering two things does this mean that i got gonnorhea from either the oral or me being the top and also do my symptoms suggest hiv thankyou
