fingernail puncture

Please help me out with this. The other day some friends and I went to a little "hole in the wall" cafe near a construction site where alot of the workers eat lunch. I opened the door for my friends. The door opener was not a knob but was a wide brass or metal handle. I thought I felt something wet inside the handle when I opened the door but went on inside and it was very crowded. I had one of my hands up close to my face as a man was rushing out of the cafe and bumped into me causing my hand to push into my face and one of my fingernails which are medium in length to cut and puncture my chin. There was a good bit of blood and It took a while to  get my chin to stop bleeding as I continued to apply pressure to the area with napkins for some time to get it to stop. I did not think much about it at the time except it hurt but a few hours later I remembered the door opener felt wet when I opened the door and I did not pay much attention to it and it was not well lit. My question is if the wetness I felt  on the door handle had been blood and it had gotten on my fingertips and nails and had been wet hiv blood and it got on the fingernail that I punctured and cut my chin with could I have gotten hiv from my fingernail with wet hiv blood puncturing and cutting my chin? Thanks for all the hard work you do and thank you if you will answer my question. Do I need hiv testing for this incident?

Thank you so much but why would this not be considered an exposure?
