handling patients blood

Hello docs. Sorry to take ur time, but I'll try to be brief.

I'm a health professional in training and I'm quite knowlegable about transmission from blood borne diseases

However I, no too long ago, handled a patients (hiv and hep status unknown)blood samples after a phlebotomy done with a canula (wearing latex gloves).

Got some blood on the gloves (as expected) and disposed of it, washing my hand with soap and water right afterwards

I remembered then that I had a two or three tiny puncture wound from the previous day (from unrelated injury- doing some home chores). No major injury, hence didn't even notice It then.

I got a little worried that even though I had gloves on, and was thorough and careful, my tiny pucture wounds could be an issue.
Not sure now, I feel like I shouldn't be worried, but I find myself being worried.
Please what's your take. Thanks so much
