hard times

Hi I experienced a condom burst on a prostitute in Botswana last year..two weeks later I experienced every symptom possible..fever, tongue lessons, diarrhea, vomiting......i tested several times including a few hours ago.My resuilt is still negative....is this a true negative because it is hard to believe after the risk i took, several doctors looked at my tongue but have not been able to restore it to what it was before.I have been reading somewhere that one may be asymptomatic for years before problems of health begins...Can I believe these results or I may require more advanced tests`? life has been tough for me for the past year..
