HIV and Sex Toys

If a woman were to use an uncleaned (but dry and semi-clean looking) insertive sex toy for 30 seconds inside her vagina that had been previously used by a HIV positive woman at least 4 hours prior to her use, what are the chances of infection? Also, are the chances of infection lessened if the HIV positive woman has been on ART medication for more than 5 years now? Does the at risk woman need to get tested? Is she even at risk of infection?

So definitely no reason to test over this incident?

I'm not sure why anyone would use a used, unwashed sex toy.  There's always the risk of bacterial infections.  However, there is NO risk for HIV from this activity.  HIV loses its ability to infect very quickly once it is outside of the body (on objects, surfaces, etc.)
